The homeowner was parking on the sod, which turned into mud when it rained.
There was no walkway to step onto after exiting the car.
The existing 10x10 patio was a DIY project that lacked proper installation, causing sinking and shifting.

✅ Excavated 10 inches and installed a proper drainage base
✅ Installed NewStone pavers with a stylish grey paver and charcoal border pattern
✅ Reinstalled 10x10 patio with polymeric sand for a long-lasting finish
✅ Upgraded with fresh SOD after the client loved the new patio
✅ Cleaned up the site & completed a final walkthrough
🌱 How We Did It
1️⃣ Site Preparation & Excavation
Excavated 10 inches to ensure a solid base.
Installed Land Fabric (geotextile weed barrier) for stability.
2️⃣ Base Installation & Leveling
3/4" clear crush base for drainage and strength.
9mm crush for precise leveling before laying pavers.
3️⃣ Paver & Patio Installation
Used NewStone pavers with a grey & charcoal border design.
Reinstalled 10x10 patio with G2 Polybind polymeric sand to lock everything in place.
No sealing was applied.
4️⃣ Final Touches & New SOD Installation
Once the client saw the transformation, they requested fresh SOD installation to complete the space.
Cleaned the entire site and conducted a final walkthrough with the homeowner.
